As a Startup Investor Manager within AWS, you will support our engagement with venture firms and their portfolio companies. You'll combine your understanding of cloud technologies with business development skills to help evaluate and support startups in your assigned portfolio.

Key job responsibilities

• Support AWS market and technical strategy within assigned portfolio
• Help evaluate startups' technical and business potential through basic understanding of their architecture
• Build relationships with assigned venture firms and their portfolio companies
• Support strategic initiatives that connect AWS services with startup needs
• Provide basic technical and business guidance to portfolio companies
• Contribute to business reviews and portfolio updates
• Work with cross-functional teams to support startup growth
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
