Role Requirements
Product Manager for Wemolo’s IoT Platform, owning a strategic part of the cloud- and web-based platform capabilities behind the connected hardware fleet. The role sits at the intersection of internal tooling, event-driven platform logic, and operational scalability, working closely with Operations, System Performance, Customer Success, Technical Implementation, Installations, Engineering, and leadership.
Success in the role means driving product strategy and execution end to end: discovering and prioritizing needs, improving configuration, rollout, monitoring, and fleet operations tooling, and ensuring platform logic is reliable, observable, and scalable for business-critical use cases.

- experience in platform, SaaS, infrastructure, operational, IoT, or hardware-adjacent environments (Nice-to-have)

- ability to discuss trade-offs with engineers (Must-have)
- ownership (Must-have)
- 3–5 years owning complex software or platform products end to end (Must-have)
- Comfortable with backend, cloud, and system architecture topics; able to discuss trade-offs with engineers (Must-have)
