Key responsibilities in your new role

• Drive capital management initiatives to strengthen capital structure and maintain financial flexibility worldwide
• Coordinate internal and external financing activities for Infineon entities globally in line with finance and governance standards
• Own results for financing, liquidity and financial risk management, and derive countermeasures when market conditions change
• Support continuous exchange with banks, investors and rating agencies to secure access to funding and support market positioning
• Contribute to strategic projects including Mergers and Acquisitions, with a focus on financing related matters
• Prepare and enable complex decision-making with high financial impact based on policies, guidelines and sound stakeholder alignment
• Define and further develop policies and standards for leasing, guarantees and advance payments, including risk, balance sheet and liquidity assessment
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar
• At least 8+ years of professional experience in Financing, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Rating or Debt Investment
• Proven financial analysis and modeling capabilities, combined with a strong understanding of financial markets and financial products
• Guide others to resolve complex issues in own specialized area and solve complex problems with implications on cross-functional business processes and outcomes
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and team collaboration skills, combined with structured thinking and high reliability
• Interest in digitalization and data-driven ways of working, with a self-starter mindset and strong ownershi
• Profound skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
