Tasks

• Hire the most capable talent for challenging internal IT and Consulting positions


• Lead candidates through the full cycle of recruitment, including Onboarding


• Actively contact talent using different channels


• Design Recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles


• Ensure an appreciative and professional candidate experience


• Design case studies and recruitment processes for a better candidate evaluation


• Develop employer branding and HR marketing strategies

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting in a fast paced environment


• Studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or within a comparable field


• Experience in talent acquisition and building candidate pipelines through active sourcing


• An ambitious mindset, flawless communication and keen interest in technology


• Fluency in German and English
