• Automotive & Mobility Integration owns the relationships and technical work that get 4screen live inside cars, partnering directly with OEMs and car brands to bring the in-car screen to life as a channel.
• Sales & Business Development and Marketing drives 4screen's commercial growth, building relationships with advertisers, agencies, and OEM partners across our markets.
• Software Development and Architecture builds and scales the platform that powers real-time, in-car interactions across car brands and countries.
• Business Excellence is the backbone that keeps 4screen running and scaling, spanning Business Operations (People & Culture, Operations, Legal), Finance, and Strategy & Growth.
  
  

What Makes You Stand Out

• Relevant experience, education, or a genuine interest in one of the teams above
• Structured, independent working style with strong attention to detail
• Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on, can-do mindset
• Collaborative team player who works well with others
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and an open, approachable manner
• Excellent German and English skills (at least B2+)
