Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Actively contribute to the product innovation process with concepts, demonstrators, and technical evaluations
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Application Engineering to shape leading-edge products for business success
• Be responsible for the design and calculation of chip dimensions and parameters at packaged component level
• Ensure testability of new products and define electrical characterization of prototypes, including evaluation of measurement results
• Support qualification, failure analysis, and troubleshooting by interpreting electrical and physical analysis results (e.g., SEM, X-ray, EMMI)
• Apply semiconductor physics knowledge to solve product issues and identify improvements for future product or wafer technology releases
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or similar
• At least 3 - 5years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor field, ideally as a Product Developer or Product Engineer
• Good understanding of device physics of Si MOSFETs; experience with SiC is a plus
• Basic knowledge of statistics and electrical data analysis
• Talent for solving technical problems, including failure analysis and root cause analysis
• Strong documentation skills
• Very good English communication skills; German is a plus
