YOUR ROLE

As our Chef de Rang - Wintergarten, you will play a key role in creating exceptional dining experiences through attentive, personalized, and genuine hospitality. You will take ownership of your station within our Wintergarten, ensuring seamless service, anticipating guest needs, and delivering memorable moments that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Through your passion for service and attention to detail, you will help create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere where guests feel genuinely cared for.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver personalized and attentive service to ensure an exceptional experiences for every guest.
• Handle guest requests professionally, efficiently, and with genuine hospitality.
• Take ownership of your designated station within the Wintergarten, ensuring smooth and organized operations.
• Maintain the highest quality and service standards in accordance with Rosewood brand expectations.
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments through personalized interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene, quality, and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team and fellow associates to deliver seamless service experiences.
• Contribute to a warm, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of Rosewood Munich.
• Support the onboarding and development of junior team members when required.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, presentation, and luxury hospitality.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• Completed vocational training in restaurant or hotel services with professional experience in a similar role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a strong host mentality.
• Professional, confident, and polished appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Very good written and spoken German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work efficiently and remain composed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, creative, and highly team-oriented.
