What you'll do

• As a technical sparring partner for our account managers, you’ll support the entire sales cycle and translate complex customer requirements into smart solutions that deliver real added value.
• You’ll support the sales team with in-depth technical expertise and ensure our products are optimally positioned in the market.
• You will plan and lead client meetings, workshops, and product demos, and represent Retarus at industry events and trade shows.
• You will respond to technical and proposal-related inquiries from the sales team, particularly in the context of requests for proposals (RFPs).
• You will develop precise solution concepts and cost estimates, enabling us to create tailored, compelling proposals for our customers.
• You will identify market and industry trends through interactions with customers, the sales team, and the community, and actively share these insights with the product team.

What you'll need

• Completed vocational training or a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
• Interest in IT, software, and business contexts
• Ideally, initial experience in technical sales, presales, IT consulting, or IT support
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• High level of initiative, team spirit, and a structured approach to work
• Business-level proficiency in German and English
