Your Role

We're seeking an HR Generalist to be the first point of contact for everything related to hiring and onboarding. You'll manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end—from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. In our fast-paced startup environment, your work will directly shape the team and culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job descriptions, postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Develop hiring strategies and maintain employer branding
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Run interviews and feedback loops efficiently
• Prepare and deliver employment offers in collaboration with leadership
• Support new hires throughout the onboarding process
• Help shape internal HR processes as we scale
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle HR experience
• Interview experience in tech or games
• Native German
• Fluent English (C1 or above)
• Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany
• Valid EU work authorization
