Product Lifecycle Operations Manager (m/f/d) - #2674514

We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Operations Manager to join our team in Munich, in a hybrid working model. In this role, you will drive operational execution across the full product lifecycle, ensuring product changes, lifecycle activities, and cross-functional initiatives are coordinated effectively and delivered on time.

Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Support, and Sales, you will help maintain a healthy and scalable product portfolio while continuously improving cross-functional collaboration and execution.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will drive operational execution across the product lifecycle, ensuring cross-functional topics are executed efficiently and delivered on time.
• You will coordinate sustaining portfolio activities, including product changes, lifecycle risks, product availability, and compliance-related updates.
• You will own the coordination of product change processes, including PCNs, substitutions, redesigns, and end-of-life activities.
• You will ensure a smooth transition from new product introduction into sustaining lifecycle management and act as a key interface between Product Management and stakeholder teams.
• You will monitor portfolio health, track risks and open actions, and prepare recommendations for decisions and escalations.
• You will continuously improve processes, workflows, and collaboration across stakeholder groups.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in product lifecycle management, product operations, project management, or a similar cross-functional role.
• You have the technical acumen to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Supply Chain teams and understand the impact of product-related changes.
• You can identify bottlenecks, manage risks, and drive actions to closure in a structured and timely manner.
• You are highly organized and can effectively prioritize and manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, build alignment across teams, and know when to escalate.
• You are proactive, persistent, and take ownership from problem identification through resolution.
• You enjoy bringing structure to complex situations and driving continuous improvement.

You are fluent in English and German.
