The Role
The Role
- Create product documentation (user documentation, technical system documentation, release and update information) for software, working closely with agile teams.
- Optimize documentation processes to increase efficiency and clarity.
- Actively support the migration of documentation tools, ensuring seamless content transfer.
- Review and adapt existing documentation to continuously develop information standards.
- Manage document translations to ensure international accessibility.
- Experience as a technical editor, copywriter, or translator, with proven competence in creating sophisticated documentation.
- A completed degree with a philological focus or a comparable qualification, preferably from a renowned university.
- Ability to formulate complex matters clearly and precisely, with a strong sense of language.
- Excellent German and English language skills for professional communication with national and international target groups.
- A structured, meticulous way of working and strong teamwork skills.

- Mobile work: 2 days remote, 3 days on-site per week.
