About The Role
You will contribute directly as a robotics software engineer to our product codebase, designing and building cutting-edge robotics and automation software powering our customers' automated systems. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver robust, maintainable, and well-tested software that drives real-world robots.

You will contribute directly as a robotics software engineer to our product codebase, designing and building cutting-edge robotics and automation software powering our customers' automated systems. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver robust, maintainable, and well-tested software that drives real-world robots.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and improve robotics software platforms
- Drive architectural improvements and reduce technical debt in critical robotics components
- Enhance the stability, performance, and robustness of our robotics solutions as they scale to new customers and use cases
- Investigate and resolve complex software issues, including those reported from robotic deployments, and deliver lasting solutions
- Collaborate with product owners and engineers from various disciplines to translate real-world automation challenges into well-engineered robotics solutions
- Review code, mentor team members, and help raise the engineering bar across the robotics software team
- Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Information Technology, Games Engineering, or
- equivalent experience
- Strong C# and C++ skills
- Solid understanding of design patterns and clean code principles
- Experience with code testing (unit, integration, and beyond)
- Experience building industrial-grade software for robotics or automation applications
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with one or more of: motion planning, control theory, machine vision, deep learning, computer graphics (OpenGL, Vulkan), or simulation software
- Experience with WPF or Avalonia, and the MVVM pattern
