Overview

Sales Enablement & Activation defines and governs the sales motion architecture, orchestrates adoption and change for all tool rollouts and process changes, and designs shared standards and content for cross-unit enablement – unlocking cross-unit value and turning strong local capabilities into shared, scalable enterprise advantage.

How You Will Make An Impact With Us

Measurement framework & metrics design

  • Identify and define the business metrics that best indicate process adoption, tool usage, and behavioural change across Sales Units.
  • Contribute to the design of the enterprise-wide enablement measurement framework – translating enablement activity into observable, comparable indicators.
  • Document measurement requirements and work with PDD and IT/data teams to ensure the right data is captured, accessible, and fit for purpose.
  • Maintain and update the metrics catalogue as SEA frameworks evolve and new initiatives are launched.

Analysis & insight generation

  • Analyse adoption and behavioural data across Sales Units to identify where enablement is working, where gaps exist, and where alignment needs to improve.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that give SEA leadership and stakeholders a clear, comparable view of adoption progress across the enterprise.
  • Spot patterns and risks in the data – surfacing findings in a clear, actionable format that informs decisions on enablement priorities and change approaches.
  • Connect enablement inputs to GTM behaviour outcomes, helping the team demonstrate the impact of its work.

Stakeholder support & continuous improvement

  • Present insights to SEA team members and leadership in a clear, concise format – translating data into recommendations, not just reports.
  • Support the AC and Sales Enablement sub-teams with data to inform change approaches, adoption interventions, and enablement content decisions.
  • Gather feedback from Sales Units and internal stakeholders to refine measurement approaches and improve the usefulness of insights over time.

Your defining qualities

  • Experience & Skills
  • Several years experience working with business metrics – defining, tracking, and interpreting KPIs in a sales, enablement, or go-to-market context.
  • Practical ability to analyse data and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building or contributing to dashboards and reporting tools; familiarity with data visualisation platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Comfort working across multiple stakeholder groups – gathering requirements, aligning on definitions, and communicating findings in a global environment.
  • Ways of working
  • Collaborative and curious – works well with cross-functional teams and asks the right questions to get to useful answers.
  • Structured and detail-oriented – brings rigour to data work without losing sight of the business question.
  • Comfortable operating in an evolving environment where frameworks are still being built and scope develops over time.
  • Familiarity with technology company operating models is a benefit, not a requirement.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
