Store Manager Munich - New Opening

As an experienced Store Manager, your main mission is to develop turnover and to optimize retail profitability of the store by respecting the commercial business strategy, internal processes, values, and image of the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the growth and retention of a high-value client portfolio through strategic clienteling and CRM activities;
• Analyzing the results and implement action plans defined with the headquarters and guarantee follow-up at the store level;
• Leading, motivating, and continuously developing the team through training sessions and regular performance reviews;
• Managing inventory levels, stocktakes, and product flows to ensure optimal product availability;
• Overseeing all administrative, cash-handling, and reporting processes within the store;
• Ensuring compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and quality standards;
• Ensuring excellence in the sales rituals as per company policy;
• Promoting the culture of the brand internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Relevant retail management experience in the luxury sector;
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation;
• Strong customer management abilities, service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills;
• Fluent communication in English and German, Italian would be a plus.

Location: Munich

Salary Range: 65.000€ - 75.000€
