  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
  • Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.
  • Experience building and deploying generative AI agents.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  • Experience programming in Python.
  • Prior experience in automation and tools development.
  • Ability to operate in a complex and matrixed environment, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, thrives in ambiguity. Highly collaborative, taking in multiple perspectives, good listener.

Germany: €156000 - €159000 (EUR) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
