Deine Mission bei Voi

Als Fahrer:in / Servicefahrer:in sorgst du dafür, dass unsere E-Scooter-Flotte in Stuttgart jederzeit einsatzbereit ist. Mal bist du mit dem Van unterwegs und übernimmst Logistikaufgaben im Stadtgebiet, mal kümmerst du dich im Team um Wartung und schnelle Reparaturen vor Ort. Kurz gesagt: Ohne dich stünde München und Umgebung still.

Deine Aufgaben

• Scooter einsammeln, bereitstellen und die Logistik dahinter organisieren
• Beschädigte Fahrzeuge aufspüren und einsammeln
• Batterien wechseln
• Schnelle Reparaturen direkt vor Ort durchführen
• Defekte Fahrzeuge diagnostizieren und instand setzen
• Nicht reparable Fahrzeuge recyceln und demontieren
• Neue Fahrzeuge und Batterien im Lager annehmen, verpacken und bereitstellen
• Unser Team vor Ort unterstützen – ob beim Erkennen beschädigter Fahrzeuge, Freimachen von Parkflächen oder Aufstellen umgefallener Scooter
  
  

Das bringst du mit

Must-have:

• Gültiger EU-Führerschein Klasse B, seit mindestens 2 Jahren
• Fließendes Deutsch oder Englisch
• Bereitschaft, mehrere Stunden am Stück körperlich zu arbeiten
• Flexibilität für Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
  
  

Nice-to-have:

• Ortskenntnisse in München und Umgebung und Fahrerfahrung im Stadtverkehr
• Erfahrung mit Werkzeug, Technik oder handwerklichen Arbeiten
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Apps
• Ruhe in stressigen Situationen, etwa bei schwierigen Park- oder Verkehrssituationen

Your mission at Voi

As a driver / service driver, you'll keep our e-scooter fleet in Stuttgart up and running. Some days you're out in a van handling logistics across the city; other days you're working with the team on maintenance and quick on-site repairs. Without you, Munich's fleet doesn't move.

What You'll Do

• Keep the logistics running for collecting and redeploying Voi scooters
• Find and collect damaged scooters
• Swap batteries
• Carry out quick repairs on-site
• Diagnose and fix broken vehicles
• Recycle and dismantle vehicles that can't be repaired
• Receive, package and prepare new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse
• Support the on-site team — spotting damaged vehicles, clearing parking spaces, or picking up vehicles that have fallen over

What you'll need

• A valid EU driving licence, Class B, held for at least 2 years
• Fluent German or English
• Comfortable doing physical work for several hours at a time
• Flexibility for shift and weekend work
  
  

Nice-to-have:

• Local knowledge of Munich and surrounding areas and experience driving in the city
• Experience with tools, mechanics or hands-on repairs
• Comfortable using digital tools and apps
• A calm head in stressful moments, like tricky parking or traffic
