About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas. The Room Attendant reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

As Room Attendant, you will responsible for the following duties:

• Professionally cleaning guest rooms for arrivals, stayovers, and departures
• Reporting maintenance and technical issues
• Forwarding lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Performing turndown service
  
  

As Room Attendant, We Expect From You

• Practical housekeeping experience, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector
• A friendly and service-oriented attitude, along with discretion and empathy
• A structured, organized, and self-motivated approach to work
• Excellent manners and a strong commitment to quality
• An open-minded attitude, a sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork skills
• Good German and/or English language skills
