About the Company

We are looking for a hands-on FPV Drone Pilot & Demonstration Specialist to plan and execute mission-oriented technical demonstrations for governmental, defense, and security clients. You will be the face of Twentyfour Industries in the field – the way you present yourself, communicate, and build trust with high-level governmental and defense audiences matters as much as your piloting skills. A military or law enforcement background is a strong advantage. Fluency in German (B2/C1) is a plus, English is a must – you will be operating primarily in German-speaking governmental and defense environments.

About the Role

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Plan and execute technical demonstrations and live operational showcases for governmental and defense clients
• Represent TwentyFour at field demonstrations, procurement events, and industry events
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through confident, professional communication
• Develop and standardize demonstration frameworks and operational showcase concepts
• Continuously refine demonstration delivery based on client feedback and operational learnings

Responsibilities

• Communicate with confidence, clarity, and professionalism in high-stakes governmental and defense environments – this is non-negotiable
• Present yourself with credibility and authority in front of senior decision-makers and procurement audiences
• Have proven, high-level FPV drone piloting skills
• Speak English fluently (min. B2/C1), German is a plus
• Work independently, take ownership, and thrive in field environments

Qualifications

Background in military, intelligence, law enforcement, or security operations

• Prior drone deployments in operational/defense contexts
