Chief Revenue Officer @PE-Backed B2B Services Platform - #2666376

Our client is a PE-backed roll-up building the leading property management platform in Germany. The platform is profitable and growing through buy & build and organic expansion: 100,000+ units across 20+ acquired businesses nationwide.

• Lead a team of 7 including dotted line across the 20+ regional MDs


• Build the institutional segment from zero: asset managers, portfolio owners, family offices


• Design and roll out the group-wide sales operating system, from lead to onboarding


• Drive organic unit growth across institutional PM, WEG and rental management


• Own pricing strategy and governance across all segments


• Monetise variable and adjacent services, and develop brokerage as a revenue lever

• 7+ years of commercial leadership in B2B, ideally real estate adjacent


• Designs sales systems people actually adopt: pipeline, forecasting, deal governance


• Built a new segment before and scaled it to repeatable growth


• Steers independent units on a dotted line without direct reporting power


• Wins early deals personally, then systematises


• Institutional real estate network you can activate quickly is a big plus


• German at native or negotiation level


• Hamburg or Düsseldorf preferred, other locations possible

• Direct reporting line to the Group Managing Director
