Your responsibilities

Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks

• Support the development of international quantitative studies on customer service


• Conduct studies using innovative online research tools


• Conduct desk research on consumer preferences and competitive offerings in customer service


• Analyze study results and derive recommendations for customer service


• Prepare results and present recommendations to customer service teams

Your profile

• Studies in the field of Consumer Science, Economic Psychology or Business Administration with focus on Statistics, Research, and/or Marketing


• Strong analytical skills


• Independent and structured working approach


• Initial work experience through internships


• Fluent in English and German
