Your Role




Key responsibilities in your new role

• Independently manage digital Go-to-Market (G2M) projects by defining project objectives, scope, budget, and timelines, coordinating stakeholders and project teams, monitoring progress, and driving change management and successful implementation
  


• Project Management Office, which includes consulting projects
  regarding digital G2M related topics as well as project management methods & tools and manage inter-dependencies between projects


• Drive digital transformation across Sales & Marketing by leading cross-functional initiatives, implementing hybrid go-to-market strategies, introducing and optimizing digital tools and platforms, and translating strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes


• Enable a data-driven organization by leveraging analytics, KPIs, and customer insights to steer decision-making and continuously improve performance


• Act as a change agent, driving adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working while influencing stakeholders and fostering a customer-centric, digital mindset across the organization

Your Profile




Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Business Management, Economics or a related field of studies


• At least 5 years’ experience in project management and/or management consulting


• Digital transformation expertise and a proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation along digital G2M and the Customer Journey


• Know-how and skills on digital tools, data and platforms around content management, eCommerce, MarTech ecosystem, GenAI


• Excellent project management skills, ideally holding a Project Management and agile practices certification


• Interpersonal skills enabling you to create a trustful cooperation with your stakeholders, drive change adoption and behavioral change across the organization


• Strong ownership and execution mindset paired with structured and analytical thinking


• Fluency in English and German
