Essential Skills

• Solid experience as an SAP consultant in logistics, with strong expertise in SAP SD
• Strong understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution and cross-module integration
• Proven experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
• Experience designing and implementing business processes in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
• Experience leading IT projects and introducing new systems or process changes
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, functional testing, and UAT support
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-focused approach

Desirable Skills

• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
• Knowledge of SCM end-to-end processes beyond SD (cross-functional logistics integration)
• Experience working with external service providers in project environments
• Background in SAP logistics add-ons and interface management

About the Role

You will take on a key role in leading Supply Chain Management (SCM) projects with a strong focus on Order Management within SAP Sales & Distribution (SD). Acting as an advisor to business and IT stakeholders, you will ensure solutions align with the defined target architecture and governance model.

You will strengthen the international SAP SD team as part of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, contributing to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise logistics solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Lead SCM projects with a focus on SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes
• Advise business departments on IT solutions aligned to target architecture
• Design, conceptualise, and implement SCM/SD solutions within governance standards
• Perform system configuration, functional testing, and support integration and UAT activities
• Create functional and technical IT concepts as input for development teams
• Support the evaluation and selection of applications and manage external service providers when required
• Provide support for SAP logistics applications, add-ons, and system interfaces
• Participate in L2/L3 support activities (up to 20% of time)
• Collaborate closely with international teams in a global SAP environment
