Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer who wants more than maintaining existing systems.

This is an opportunity to design, build, and own the physical and digital foundation that powers advanced AI training, robotics development, and high-performance computing workloads.

Rather than inheriting a mature environment, you'll play a defining role in creating the infrastructure that engineers rely on every day—from networking and storage architecture to GPU clusters and data center operations. You'll have the freedom to make key technical decisions, influence long-term infrastructure strategy, and help shape how a rapidly growing deep-tech company scales.

What You'll Own

Build Infrastructure That Matters

Design and evolve the compute, storage, and network foundations that support cutting-edge AI and robotics workloads.

You'll architect systems for reliability, performance, and growth while ensuring critical services remain secure and resilient as the business scales.

Create High-Performance Compute Environments

Develop and manage GPU-powered infrastructure capable of supporting demanding machine learning, simulation, and robotics workloads.

You'll help determine how large-scale compute resources are deployed, optimized, and expanded over time.

Design Enterprise-Grade Networks

Build secure, high-performance network environments across offices, labs, and infrastructure facilities.

From routing and segmentation to firewalls and connectivity, you'll create networking foundations that are both robust and scalable.

Own the Physical Infrastructure Layer

Work directly with server hardware, storage platforms, racks, power systems, cooling environments, and colocation providers.

This is a hands-on engineering role where physical infrastructure is just as important as software and automation.

Automate Everything Possible

Use infrastructure-as-code and scripting to eliminate manual processes, improve reliability, and enable repeatable deployments across environments.

Be the Infrastructure Authority

Partner closely with engineering, leadership, vendors, and external providers to ensure the infrastructure strategy supports ambitious technical goals.

Your Technical Playground

You'll work across a broad infrastructure stack that includes:

• Linux-based server environments
• High-performance GPU compute platforms
• Enterprise networking and security infrastructure
• Storage systems and data protection solutions

What We're Looking For

You have a track record of building, modernizing, or scaling infrastructure environments rather than simply operating existing ones.

You're comfortable moving between strategic architecture discussions and hands-on implementation work.

You likely bring experience in several of the following areas:

• Designing and operating complex infrastructure environments
• Enterprise networking, segmentation, routing, switching, and security
• Linux systems administration at scale
• Server hardware deployment and lifecycle management
• Storage architecture, resilience, and disaster recovery planning
• Data center operations and facility infrastructure
• GPU clusters or high-performance computing environments
• Infrastructure automation using Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies
• Troubleshooting complex systems under pressure
• Producing clear technical documentation and communicating effectively across teams

Bonus points if you've worked in fast-growing technology companies, AI-focused organizations, robotics environments, research computing, or other performance-intensive domains.
