What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Accelerate the Pipeline: Develop, scale, and maintain a high-performing strategic pipeline, consistently closing high-value deals through channel-led sales motions.
• Nurture Ecosystem Alliances: Manage and deeply cultivate relationships with existing channel partners, implementing tailored enablement and growth strategies to maximize partner-led revenue.
• Orchestrate Joint Success: Conduct regular, structured partner performance reviews to ensure absolute alignment with joint business plans, driving continuous optimization.
• Execute Co-GTM Strategies: Translate high-level channel strategy into clear, executable regional sales actions, creating compelling joint value propositions that resonate with the market.
• Drive Enterprise Engagements: Lead impactful joint sales campaigns, demonstrating a proven track record of winning and scaling large enterprise and public sector accounts alongside partners.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university or equivalent practical experience.
• Industry Expertise: 4+ years of proven success in sales, partner channel development, and business development specifically within the technology, SaaS, or Cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS) industry.
• Enterprise Track Record: Extensive experience managing strategic accounts with a documented history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Regional Nuance: Deep familiarity with the Central European partner landscape and enterprise/public sector buying behaviors.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German is essential for navigating local client and partner ecosystems effectively.
