Summary:

• Support project teams in project management and organization.

• In particular, the OSF 3.0 (Online Service Driving School) and FE ePayment projects are to be supported in this regard.

• Both projects are part of the E2E Digital Strategy of the Driver’s License Division:

• The Online Service Driving Schools platform is the central digital point of contact for all interactions with driving schools. On the platform, driving schools book the dates for applicants’ driving tests.

• In the future, payment for the tests will be possible digitally via a dedicated customer portal. This process is part of the FE ePayment project.

Core Responsibilities (Traditional):

Organization:

• Scheduling and coordinating project and team meetings

• Organizing and following up on workshops

• Supporting and maintaining projects in accordance with Client’s project management methodology

Documentation:

• Maintaining, managing, and creating project documentation (minutes, status reports, roadmaps, SharePoint, MS Planner)

• Assistance with the creation of project newsletters

• Support for project leads in the creation of project documentation

Tracking & Follow-Up:

• Maintenance & tracking of the RAID log

• Tracking of project activities (including in DevOps)

• Support with forecasting & tracking of effort

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in a PMO role and basic knowledge of agile methods (Scrum/Kanban), ideally in an IT environment

• Strong communication skills and assertiveness

• Structured and independent work style

• Ideally, experience with digital projects or the IT environment at Client

• Experience with MS Office and Azure DevOps
