About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Scheduler to support a major large-scale construction project for a leading US technology company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile real estate and construction programme in Munich, working alongside international project teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for large-scale construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation measures.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines.
• Prepare schedule reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Track milestones, critical paths, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Support project planning and resource allocation activities.
• Ensure scheduling standards and best practices are consistently applied throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Scheduler on large-scale construction or real estate projects.
• Strong background in Real Estate and Construction projects is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (MS Project).
• Professional proficiency in German (minimum B2 level) and English.
• Experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder environments and international project teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working on high-value infrastructure or technology campus projects.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in fast-paced project environments.
• Knowledge of project controls and scheduling methodologies.
