Principal Enterprise Architect - #2635629

A global technology consulting and digital transformation organisation that we are supporting are seeking a Principal Enterprise & Transformation Architect to lead large-scale transformation initiatives, define enterprise architecture strategies, and advise senior business and technology stakeholders on complex technology investments and change programmes.

• Develop enterprise-wide target architectures and transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Design scalable platform, integration, and enterprise architectures for complex, high-availability environments.
• Translate strategic architecture visions into practical solution architectures that guide delivery teams and technical leaders.
• Partner with senior business and IT stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to support strategic decision-making and transformation initiatives.
• Define architecture principles, governance frameworks, standards, and operating models across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Support pre-sales activities, major bids, and client proposals with architecture leadership and strategic insight.
• Mentor architects and contribute to the growth and maturity of the enterprise architecture practice.
• Track emerging technology trends and identify opportunities to create business value through innovation.
  
  

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years' experience in Enterprise Architecture within consulting, telecommunications, media, technology, or large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, operating models, and enterprise transformation.
• Experience working with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, SAFe, COBIT, arc42, or similar.
• Expertise across several of the following areas:
  • Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure
  • Application Modernisation
  • Platform Engineering & DevOps
  • Enterprise Integration
  • Security Architecture
  • AI-enabled Enterprise Solutions
• Experience designing and governing complex enterprise ecosystems and large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
