Munich | £150,000 – £200,000 + package

The DACH region sits at the heart of some of Europe's most technically demanding construction and engineering risks. Power generation, heavy industry, large-scale infrastructure — the complexity here is real, and so is the opportunity.

A boutique reinsurance broker with a strong construction and engineering specialism is building out its European footprint. Munich is a key market, and they're looking for a senior facultative broker to anchor that presence.

This is a role for someone who has spent their career in the technical end of construction and engineering reinsurance. You understand the risks, you have the market relationships, and you can structure and place complex facultative programmes without hand-holding.

The boutique model is the point. Clients deal with the people who know the business. There's no institutional distance between senior leadership and the work being done — which means the career trajectory here is real, not theoretical.

What you'll need:

Proven construction and engineering facultative reinsurance experience. Strong market relationships in the European and/or global reinsurance market. Technical credibility that opens doors.
