We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and technically strong Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Germany. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working closely with customers and internal teams, and growing together with the fast-developing EV and automotive technology market.
What You’ll Do
- Provide professional technical support to regional distributors, partners, customers, and internal teams, covering product usage, technical consultation, troubleshooting, and solution guidance.
- Act as a key technical contact in Germany, supporting project implementation, product deployment, and daily technical operations.
- Develop a deep understanding of Autel’s product portfolio, especially EV charging, automotive diagnostics, and smart mobility solutions.
- Collect, analyze, and follow up on customer feedback related to technical product issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
- Work closely with R&D, product, sales, and service teams to communicate market feedback, customer requirements, and technical improvement suggestions.
- Organize, summarize, and analyze common customer issues to support product optimization, documentation improvement, and R&D upgrades.
- Prepare and deliver product technical training, technical presentations, and product demonstrations for distributors, customers, and internal teams.
- Support the successful launch and continuous improvement of products in the German and European markets.
- Take initiative to identify problems, drive solutions, and continuously improve the customer technical support experience.
You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, electronics, communications, measurement and control technology, instrumentation, automotive engineering, automotive service technology, or other related technical disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant technical support, field application, engineering, product support, or automotive/EV industry experience.
- Strong technical understanding and hands-on problem-solving ability, with the capability to analyze issues logically and communicate solutions clearly.
- Experience in EV charging, charging stations, batteries, automotive electronics, diagnostics, ADAS, or related automotive technology is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the EV industry or strong interest in new energy vehicles and intelligent mobility is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English; German is required for local communication. Chinese language ability is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Germany and across Europe when needed.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and energetic — someone who does not wait to be pushed, but actively drives progress and takes ownership.
- Passionate about technology, customer success, and problem-solving, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Strong organizational and execution skills, able to manage priorities, work under pressure, and follow through until problems are resolved.
- Excellent learning ability, team spirit, communication skills, and service-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable delivering technical presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
