The Role

We’re supporting a growing engineering business looking to hire an Electrical Master Technician / Electrical Engineer to play a key role in its next stage of growth.

This is an opportunity to work on modern energy and building technology projects while taking ownership from planning through to commissioning. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including building automation, photovoltaic systems, EV charging infrastructure, and energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, install, commission, and maintain modern electrical systems and infrastructure

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and technical issues

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and circuit diagrams

• Prepare technical documentation for control cabinets, installations, and commissioning activities

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards

• Take ownership of projects and support customers throughout delivery

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Electrical Master Technician, Electrical Engineer, or Electrical Technician

• 2+ years of experience within electrical engineering, building technology, or related environments

• Strong knowledge of modern energy systems including building automation, solar PV, EV charging solutions, and energy storage systems

• Experience installing and maintaining electrical systems

• Knowledge of measurement, control, or automation technology is beneficial

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset

• Driving licence (Class B)

• Good German language skills
