Chief Financial Officer

Location: Munich

A fast-growing global healthcare company is seeking a CFO to lead its finance function through the next phase of international expansion. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, directly partnering with the CEO to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the finance function across FP&A, accounting, reporting, cash management, and compliance (HGB/IFRS).
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage M&A activities and external advisors (auditors, tax consultants).
• Shape and execute growth and internationalization strategies with the CEO and leadership team.
• Build and lead high-performing teams across finance, IT, HR, and controlling.
• Implement robust processes and systems to support global operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in finance, economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD).
• 8+ years in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years as CFO or senior finance leader in a growth-stage company.
• Strong analytical skills, hands-on mindset, and detail-oriented.
• Proven leadership and team-building experience.
