Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Specialist to grow our presence in South Germany by driving sales of robotic liquid handling equipment. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise and sales acumen to introduce transformative automation solutions to clients across academia, biotech, pharmaceutical, and clinical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and engaging new prospects within South Germany.
- Present and demonstrate robotic liquid handling solutions to potential clients.
- Have a proven track record of capital equipment within the laboratory setting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to secure repeat business.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and showcase products.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, pricing, and forecasts for management.
About You:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related client-facing roles, ideally in Robotic laboratory automation or scientific instrumentation.
- Strong knowledge of robotic liquid handling, laboratory workflows, or automation solutions is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel extensively within South Germany and Austria to meet clients and attend events.
