We are a leading global brand dedicated to creating Smart, Helpful, and Bold baby gear since 2007. We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) to join our legal team based in Munich. This role will provide legal support to our businesses in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial judgment, a pragmatic mindset, and extensive legal expertise gained from both private practice and in-house roles.

What you'll do

• Provide clear, practical, and business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and legal documents
• Support development and implementation of internal legal policies, procedures, and systems
• Manage legal disputes and litigation
• Support corporate governance, compliance, and risk management activities
• Manage and coordinate external counsel as required
• Monitor legal developments and assess their impact on the business

What you'll bring

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany or the UK
• Minimum of 7 years’ post-admission legal experience, including at least 3 years of in-house experience
• Strong background in commercial and corporate law; additional expertise in compliance, regulatory, employment, or IP is a plus
• Fluent English required; German proficiency is highly preferred
• Experience working in an international or cross-border environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment
