We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager, DACH (SMB) to join our Marketing organization within LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS), supporting Hiring solutions for the Small and Midsize Business (SMB) segment. This role works across teams to drive revenue acceleration within SMB, contributing to overall market growth in the DACH region.
As part of the DACH regional marketing team, you’ll own the marketing strategy for SMB hiring in the DACH region, partnering closely with global and regional teams across Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Integrated Marketing. You will lead the delivery of DACH integrated campaigns, partner programs, and targeted activations, ensuring plans are locally relevant and commercially impactful.
This is a high‑impact, market‑owning role, accountable for translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable business outcomes. Success will be reflected in increased SMB penetration across the regional, partner, and self‑serve channels.
You’ll bring experience in delivering commercially aligned programs, ideally with exposure to the SMB audience and its buying dynamics. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership, operating within the EMEAL regional marketing organization and collaborating cross-functionally to drive aligned execution and shared outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own the DACH SMB marketing strategy and execution, identifying the highest‑impact growth and adoption opportunities and translating them into focused, commercially driven programs
- Lead a small set of high‑impact initiatives that shift SMB consideration and drive adoption across sales and partner channels
- Orchestrate across sales, partner, and self‑serve channels, aligning Product, Growth, and Integrated Marketing efforts into a cohesive GTM plan
- Prioritize investments and allocate resources based on data, market insight, and expected ROI, with clear accountability for overall DACH SMB growth and penetration.
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in marketing and/or business strategy
Native German language
Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing to SMB audience
Experience in a SaaS-based environment
