• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance and refine moderation processes and practices

Requirements

• Fluency in German and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is considered advantageous
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical capabilities
• Able to perform effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities
• Prior experience in content moderation is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on user satisfaction and community engagement
