Would you like to join our MAX&Co. Store in Munich as Assistant Store Manager?

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for maximizing sales in accordance with company standards by guiding, motivating, and developing on-floor staff. They ensure the proper distribution of personnel according to customer flow and commercial objectives

You’ll be in charge of:

• Achievement of the qualitative and quantitative objectives assigned by the Store Manager
• Store supervision in the absence of the Store Manager
• Development and growth facilitation of resources in coordination with the Store Manager
• Development of role learning through proactive, team, and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of their responsibilities
• Identification of effective solutions to adapt the presence of resources on the floor to customer/market needs
• Effective commercial management of events in collaboration with the Store Manager
