Solar Planning and Design Engineer

G2 Recruitment are working alongside our client to hire an experienced Solar Planning and Design Engineer

Contract length: 12-month initial contract

Hours: 5 days per week

Working Pattern (Flexible Hours/Remote): Predominantly remote work with occasional visits to client sites across Germany (expenses paid for visits)

Job Details:

In this role, you will work with our client in the renewable energy industry to help assist clients across Germany with the set up of new solar/PV parks (including some hybrid BESS sites).

Requirements:

• Experience using AutoCAD, Excel and PVSyst
• 5+ years experience working in the renewables industry within Germany, specifically for utility-scale PV and/or infrastructure connection
• Fluent German is required and strong English skills (B2 or above) is preferred
