Become part of our Customer Journey Management team and help drive innovative 1:1 and 1:N digital campaigns for our brand across Europe.Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung✓ Design and execute international digital campaigns along the full customer journey for Europe.✓ Provide hands-on operational consulting and guidance to local markets.✓ Manage and steer media and creative agencies to deliver outstanding campaign results proved by KPI.✓ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Digital Hub, Campaign Management, Artwork, Product Management, Events, and local markets).✓ Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to continuously optimize impact. Fachliche Anforderungen✓ A degree in Business Administration or a related field.✓ At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specialized in Customer Journey (mandatory).✓ A strong interest in emerging digital marketing trends and innovations as well as data driven marketing, impact analysis.✓ Solid project management skills with a structured and proactive mindset.✓ Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
