Accounting Coordinator - #2630766

Would you like to join our Finance team based in Munich as Accounting Coordinator?

The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Finance Manager and ensuring the smooth running of the accounting office in Munich. In this role, he/she manages accounting operations, ensures compliance with financial regulations, and provides periodic reporting to the headquarter.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Managing day-to-day accounting operations
• Leading a small team focused on accounts receivable
• Assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes

If you:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a finance role
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and a passion for continuous learning
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
