Our Global Vision

Xiaomi EV’s overseas business is advancing steadily, with formal global market deployment scheduled for 2027, starting with Europe.

To ensure a successful launch, we have established Overseas R&D Centers and dedicated preparation teams for Global Sales and Research. We are currently focusing on:

We are looking for pioneers with an international perspective to help us lay the foundation for Xiaomi EV’s success gloabally


The Role

In this position, you will be a key member of the European "Preparation Group." You will bridge the gap between our core technology in China and the specific requirements of the Europe automotive market.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Implementation: Set and execute the comprehensive Fleet Sales and Used Car (Remarketing) strategy for the European market.
  • Channel Development: Lead the construction of Fleet sales channels and spearhead business development for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME).
  • Performance Management: Establish Fleet sales targets and implement robust monitoring systems to ensure consistent achievement and growth.
  • Market Competitiveness: Develop and optimize Fleet sales policies to ensure a leading position within the competitive market landscape.
  • Asset Management: Support TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and RV (Residual Value) setting to maintain market competitiveness and financial health.
  • Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong strategic relationships with major leasing companies and all key leasing partners.
  • System Integration: Support the development and implementation of Fleet IT systems to facilitate seamless business operations.


Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in Fleet Sales within an Automotive OEM or a top-tier global leasing company.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the European automotive market, particularly Germany’s key leasing providers and SME sales channels.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing, scaling, and growing Fleet business operations.
  • Core Skills: Extraordinary problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to excel in dynamic, day-to-day operations.
  • Professionalism: A strong sense of responsibility combined with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Competencies: Excellent communication and execution skills, complemented by a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both German and English.
