The Opportunity

Working directly alongside investors, operating partners, management teams, and senior executives, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, solving complex business challenges, and driving transformative initiatives across a portfolio of companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership teams to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and value creation through AI and data-driven decision making.
• Embed within business operations to understand workflows, challenges, and performance drivers.
• Translate complex business problems into scalable solutions and actionable strategic initiatives.
• Design and implement data strategies, analytical frameworks, and AI-enabled processes that generate measurable commercial impact.
• Build and deploy dashboards, reporting structures, and decision-support tools that improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and execute transformation roadmaps across multiple business functions.
• Lead workshops and strategic discussions with management teams and investors.
• Support portfolio-wide initiatives focused on digital transformation, operational improvement, and long-term value creation.
• Drive adoption of best practices and foster a culture of data-driven decision making.

Your Profile

• Outstanding academic record from a leading university in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience within strategy, data analytics, AI, technology transformation, value creation, operational excellence, private equity, venture capital, or high-performance business environments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and visualisation tools including Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar technologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders ranging from operational teams to board-level executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Fluent English language skills; additional European languages are advantageous.
