We're Insta360, a global leader in 360° and action cameras. Our Unterschleißheim office is looking for a creative powerhouse to help us build and own our German-language social media presence — from concept to camera to publish.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and grow our German-language TikTok, YouTube and Instagram channels: you'll be the face, the voice, and the creative force behind them
• Create compelling short-form video content using Insta360 cameras and professional gear, from concept and shooting to editing and publishing
• Host live streams on TikTok: engaging with our community in real time and building a loyal following
• Execute our social media strategy in close alignment with our global HQ team, bringing the international vision to life for the DACH market
• Attend events across Germany and Austria (trade shows, sports events, activations) and capture content on the ground
• Support with graphic design work for social media assets, stories, thumbnails, and campaign visuals
• Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and iterate quickly on what resonates with our audience
• Collaborate with our marketing team locally and contribute ideas to content planning sessions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-haves

• Native German speaker: you'll be the authentic German voice of our brand
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (any field welcome: marketing, communication, film, design, sports, etc.)
• Genuine passion for social media, content creation, and being in front of (or behind) the camera
• Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Self-starter mentality: you take initiative, run with ideas, and don't wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable being on camera and hosting live content
• Fluent in English for HQ alignment and international team communication

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva)
• Familiarity with action sports, outdoor, travel, or tech culture
• Experience growing social channels from scratch or managing a personal brand/channel
• Basic photography or videography skills beyond smartphone content
• Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and Austria for events
