What you'll do

• You assist in developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure seamless transitions during our digital transformation initiatives
• Within our Global Digital Marketing department you will work closely with various teams to provide support to project managers and team members
• In order to communicate key messages and foster buy-in from employees across the organization you develop engaging content, such as e-learnings, presentations, and intranet updates
• You help with designing, updating and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively utilize new digital tools and technologies
• Through cross-team alignments you support the execution of structured training formats and assist in executing communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed about the progress, impact and benefits
  
  
  

Who you are

• Currently you are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Management, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field
• Your strong interest in digital transformation, change management and organizational development is beneficial and previous experience in project management, training or communication is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools is a must and experience with the e-learning platform Articulate 360 suite is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively guarantees effective communication with your colleagues
• Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment sets you apart and you are willing to come to the office two times per week
