As the Maintenance & Reliability Engineer at Qwello Deutschland GmbH, you will be a key player in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our EV charging infrastructure in Germany, you will bridge the gap between Technology and Operations. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvements. In this role, collaboration is key — you’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and management to ensure seamless, high-performing service operations. Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and oversee the operation and maintenance strategies for our Qwello charging infrastructure
  • Use your analytical mindset to identify priorities and areas of improvement
  • Collect and analyze data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports
  • Managing the internal technical service team
  • Collaborate in the implementation of service and construction measures to improve operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with external companies to ensure high quality and timely execution of tasks
  • Proactively share your expertise and insights to elevate the team’s knowledge and performance
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration between the technical service team, parent company and management


Your Profile

  • Degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Initial management experience is a plus
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis for all maintenance-related issues
  • Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to effectively communicate insights in writing
  • Ability to self-organize and lead in an environment of changing priorities; willingness to work on multiple tasks/content switching
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Completed further training as a master electrician, technician or comparable qualification is a plus
