Job Description
- Engage and represent: You drive communication for digitalization by developing and implementing strategies, creating engaging content, regularly posting on our community, connecting with other communities, and sending out newsletters to generate traffic on our community page
- Convince with words: You create presentations and other materials for top management meetings and communication channels, and devise cool initiatives and campaigns to promote digitalization tools across Infineon
- Manage change initiatives: You assist in managing change initiatives and exercising organizational talent by planning and executing change management strategies, organizing events like internal conferences and workshops, and preparing regular reports to support decision-making, such as budget decisions and progress reports on change initiatives. This involves stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and developing change management plans
- Change initiative rollout: You assist in the development and execution of implementation plans, ensuring successful communication with stakeholders through feedback loops and evaluate relevant KPI’s in the post-rollout phase to assess the impact of initiatives and make necessary adjustments
- Facilitate transitions: You develop and digitalize raining programs and materials to support digitalization initiatives, and offer these trainings on our IFX training platform
- Study field: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's program in business administration, communication studies, change management, or a similar field
- Experience: You have already gained relevant work experience, preferably in the area of communication and change management
- Way of working: You are self-driven and comfortable with a high degree of freedom while executing tasks. You show a creative mindset thinking out of the box and are always eager to try out new concepts
- Personality: You are enthusiastic, show an entrepreneurial spirit, and have strong interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to communicate
- Skills: You possess very good Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, and have a good level of visualization skills
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Excerpt of the study regulations for the mandatory internship (if applicable)
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
