• Vision: You develop and execute a clear vision for an existing gym floor assessment product and elevate it to the next level
• Innovation: You live for innovation and constantly look for new growth opportunities to create measurable impact for yourself, for the team, the company and the partners
• Customer Focus: You prioritize the end consumer and act as an ambassador for product development within the organization
• Development: You lead the data-driven development and improvement of our hardware and software features with a consumer-centric approach
• Leadership: You lead teams of software and hardware engineers to deliver value to our customers
• Communication: You comfortably communicate with various internal and external stakeholders, align strategic approaches within the organization, and engage with customers and gym members
  
  

Your fitness level

• Experience: You bring at least one year of experience in a product manager role and the lateral leadership of agile teams
• Knowledge: You have experience in both hardware and software product management
• Methods: You possess a solid understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods and techniques
• Communication: You are a talented and passionate communicator, able to explain complex issues simply and understandably
• Languages: You have good language skills in both German and English
• Bonus: You have gained experience in Computer Vision & Bodytracking applications
  
  

Your training goal for your first 6 months

• Understanding: You developed an outstanding understanding of our gym members and the opportunities (desires & problems) to improve the products' software experience
• Roadmap: You created and aligned a clear product roadmap and goals for your team, based on the product vision, opportunities, and business needs
• Insight: You have a good understanding of the product's hardware and software components and their interactions within the ecosystem
• Relationships: You are valued by and have built strong relationships with the development and product teams, as well as key stakeholders
• Overview: You acquired a comprehensive understanding of our platform and existing products, along with customer needs and use cases
