Your Responsibilities

• Clear and logical thinking, able to accurately summarize and analyze problems, write reports, and use English as a working language
• Strong hands-on ability, capable of independently setting up test environments and completing tests
• Experience with industrial or collaborative robots is preferred
• Familiar with non-standard automation equipment, proficient in using PLCs, and capable of setting up peripheral electrical and communication environments for robots
• Familiar with C/C++ or Python, able to independently develop upper-level applications
• Experience in upper-level application development is preferred
• Bachelor's or higher education, with a background in science and engineering
• Available for travel up to 50%, based in Munich

Essential Skills

• Independently carry out after-sales service tasks for the company's robotics products, including installation, training, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Provide customers with technical assistance, consultations, and problem-solving support via phone or on-site visits
• Track after-sales issues reported by customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication with relevant parties, formulating solutions, and ultimately resolving the problems
• Share experiences and best practices related to products, services, and applications with colleagues. Contribute to the knowledge base to continuously improve work efficiency and effectiveness
• Proficiency in English and German
