About The Role

Housing is hard. One size rarely fits all, and it's a hell of a process. As the largest flexible housing company globally, Habyt’s mission is to provide access to housing anywhere, for everyone. Our drive is to create solutions with a digital-first approach, making every move easy, and every house a home. If you are passionate about real estate and would like to join a dynamic, talented, and diverse team of professionals from all around the world — you are in the right place!

We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a Community Management Associate to support our DACH operations team from Munich. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new move-ins, support day-to-day tenant issues, and ensure smooth operations of our residential buildings. You will play a vital role in maintaining the functionality, safety, and comfort of our properties while delivering a best-in-class tenant experience.

If interested, please send us your most updated CV in English.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary on-site contact for new tenants during move-ins, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Respond promptly to daily operational issues such as maintenance requests, service disruptions, or resident complaints.
  • Conduct regular building inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of facilities and common areas.
  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors, cleaning staff, and contractors to address property-related issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and oversee repairs and maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain updated records of property inventory, utilities, and key management systems.
  • Support the move-out process, conducting check-out inspections and documenting any damages or repairs needed.
  • Assist with tenant communication regarding building notices, upcoming works, safety protocols, and community guidelines.
  • Help enforce building policies and serve as a liaison between tenants and the Habyt operations or customer support teams.
  • Collect feedback from residents and identify opportunities for operational improvements and enhanced tenant satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internship in real estate, hospitality, facilities management, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on, proactive mindset.
  • Full-working proficiency in English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable using mobile apps, property management software, or CRM tools.
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
  • Interest in property operations, tenant relations, and delivering a high-quality living experience.

What We Offer

  • Welcome Package: Start your journey with us fully equipped—Habyt swag and all the tech you need from day one.
  • Team Events: Connect and have fun with your colleagues at our regular, lively company events.
  • Hybrid Work: We believe in flexibility and connection, promoting a positive work environment for everyone. With our hybrid model, you will work both from home and from our offices.
  • Career Growth: From performance development plans to feedback sessions and competency matrices, we're here to help you grow and develop your skills even further.
  • Habyt Fellowship Program: Work from any Habyt location and get to know the team in other countries.
  • Mental Health: Enjoy free access to the Calm App, plus subsidized membership for ClassPass and Urban Sports Club.
  • Employee Discount: Unlock 25% off when staying at a Habyt Flex property, and enjoy exclusive rates for our coliving homes.
  • Have an impact: Join a fast-growing company and be part of a diverse, international, and talented team. Together we are revolutionizing the housing market!
