Who will you be joining?

Join our Marketing team to drive customer-centric strategies and enhance communication efforts. Your role will be pivotal in managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating engaging workshops.

The Marketing department is dedicated to understanding customer needs and creating impactful communication strategies. We value creativity, collaboration, and a strong focus on stakeholder engagement.

How can you make an impact?

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns focused on customer engagement
• Assist in managing stakeholder relationships and communications
• Facilitate workshops to gather insights and drive innovation
• Collaborate with team members on creative content creation
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategies
  
  

What are you made of?

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in marketing and customer-centric strategies

• Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens). Please check before applying if you can work with your current VISA
  
• Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in insurance, consulting, or startup innovation is a plus
