YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You drive strategic projects along the entire customer lifecycle – from market research and product definition to implementation
• You are responsible for the cross-country implementation and further development of our Van & Truck brand – in close collaboration with marketing and sales
• You conduct customer research, analyze customer needs and derive actions for retention, anti-churn and growth
• You support the development of new products for defined customer segments, evaluate market potential and define the go-to-market strategy
• You work closely with international stakeholders and ensure consistent, scalable implementation
• You contribute ideas for margin optimization and actively support the scaling of existing products
  
  
  

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You hold a university degree with a business or analytical focus (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics)
• Experience You have several years of relevant professional experience in B2B marketing, business development, product management or strategic consulting with relevant projects. You have proven experience in developing and implementing international marketing or product initiatives
• Skills and working style You possess strong analytical skills, high customer orientation and a sharp sense for business opportunities. You have a structured working style, interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders and are able to work independently
• Language skills You communicate fluently in both English and German
